Who is responsible?

High Impact Flyers is responsible for customer information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@highimpactflyers.co.uk.

Information you provide

When you place an order, you provide your name, email address, optional phone number, design title, brief, additional instructions and any uploaded logos, photographs or examples. Your account also contains your order choices, price, progress and finished files.

Please only upload material you have permission to use, and avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for the design.

Why we use it

We use customer information to set up and manage accounts, fulfil design orders, discuss briefs and revisions, and provide order updates and downloads. Processing needed to provide an order is connected to carrying out our agreement with you. We may also use relevant records to handle enquiries, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep order briefs and uploaded files for repeat orders until you request deletion. Records that must be kept to meet legal obligations may be retained for that purpose.

Cookies and browser storage

Signing in uses browser storage to keep your account session available. The privacy notice also saves an acknowledgement on your device so it does not appear on every visit. These are separate from permission for advertising or optional tracking.

You can clear site data in your browser settings; doing so may sign you out and show the notice again. The notice's “Got it” button only acknowledges the notice—it does not consent to marketing or optional tracking.

Optional services and other websites

If you use the order-page AI helper, your question is sent to an AI service to generate an answer. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal details in the chat. Opening WhatsApp or the recommended printer takes you to another service, whose own privacy notice applies.

Your rights and requests

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of use, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@highimpactflyers.co.uk with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing account information.
